Sebenarnya Lampard memulai kariernya di Everton dengan cukup manis. Akhir pekan lalu Everton mengalahkan Brentford 4-1 di putaran keempat FA Cup.
Sayangnya, ketika bermain di Premier League, Lampard gagal membawa Everton menang. Ini jadi sambutan negatif untuk mantan pelatih Chelsea tersebut.
Menariknya, Lampard punya catatan buruk dalam laga debutnya sebagai pelatih di Premier League. Saat melatih Chelsea, dia kalah 0-4 dari MU. Dan kini sebagai pelatih Everton, dia kalah dengan skor 1-3 dari Newcastle.
